We’ve launched a portal-first sales and lettings data nurturing service to help you, our agents, generate fresh revenue from your existing database and win more instructions through valuations. 

Following on from a successful pilot launch last year, Your Property Services (YPS) has now been rolled out across the country, offering dedicated telephony support to nurture historic leads and act as an extension of your in-house team. 

If your agency is sitting on large amounts of historic data but lacks the in-house resource to efficiently nurture it, then YPS can help. The bespoke service allows you to keep control of the data that you send to your dedicated YPS assistant, which can come from any source, not just OnTheMarket.

Telephone conversations are tailored to your agency’s tone of voice and personalised during the onboarding process, and you’ll have an Account Manager on hand to advise on the best available datasets to nurture. A dedicated YPS assistant will then follow up on your chosen data points, delivering valuations and creating a pipeline of well-qualified and motivated leads.

You’ll be able to brief the YPS team on the details of your business so they can get to know how you like to work and make calls exactly as if based in your office. In addition, a local area number that matches your branch will be displayed when dialling out to guarantee familiarity and consistent service with every call. 

The service has been designed with flexibility in mind and YPS activity can be scaled up or down depending on how much data you have, how effective you’re finding the service, or to respond to busier or quieter times of the year.
