OnTheMarket has surpassed 15,000 advertisers for the first time as momentum continues in the wake of recent progress against a number of key operational performance metrics since our acquisition by CoStar Group back in December last year.
We now have in excess of 15,000 advertisers on our site, which includes both agents and developers, exceeding our previous high of 13,867 recorded back in June 2020.
The milestone comes just weeks after we provided our first performance update following the acquisition. In particular, unique monthly visitors rose 81% year on year* and the number of agent offices increased by 10% since the CoStar acquisition.**
The news also follows the recent signings of major estate agency and developer brands including the likes of Leaders Romans Group, Edward Mellor and Rettie, who have begun advertising their properties with OnTheMarket as part of new listing agreements.
