This week, it was announced that we have signed a listings agreement with Seymours, one of the largest independent estate agency networks operating in the South East of England, to advertise its residential sales and lettings properties on our site.
The signing comes at an exciting time for the business, with OnTheMarket recently surpassing 15,000 advertisers for the first time in our history, continuing our momentum in the wake of recent progress against a number of key operational performance metrics since our acquisition back in December last year.
Seymours 20-branch estate agency network primarily operates in Surrey, with an additional presence in London and Hampshire. The agreement includes Seymours Lettings & Management, Seymours Land & New Homes and Seymours Prestige Homes.

The listings agreement follows the footsteps of similar deals with Edward Mellor and Rettie, with both agencies committing to advertise with our portal in the last few weeks.
