OnTheMarket has introduced a new way for agents to connect with serious property seekers. The integration of the popular messaging service WhatsApp will help improve response times and lead conversion.
This service is available for property seekers to enquire about both sales and lettings properties, providing you with a new type of lead and an additional channel of communication with potential buyers and renters.
Generating good quality leads for you remains a priority for OnTheMarket and the addition of an alternative method of communication helps to do just that.
For many people, WhatsApp has become a preferred channel for communication as it’s incredibly efficient, and so this integration will encourage engagement between yourselves and serious property seekers in a way that suits the evolving property search habits.
How does it work?
If you choose to add a sales and/or lettings WhatsApp number to your branch information, the WhatsApp icon will appear on your property details pages. Consumers can then click on the icon to enquire further via the messaging service.
Consumers will be required to complete a form to qualify the lead and then you’ll be able to capture their contact details. The short form also includes the option to request a valuation of their property.
The full enquiry will come directly to you via WhatsApp, and then you’ll be able to reply and continue the conversation.
As well as receiving the enquiry via WhatsApp, you’ll also receive an email copy, providing you with another follow-up option.
How do you get started?
As shown in the example below, it’s simple to set up your agency’s WhatsApp messaging service to be included on your listings. All you need to do is update your enquiry details at OnTheMarket Expert, and then the WhatsApp icon will appear on your listings.
