In August OnTheMarket undertook a comprehensive survey of our agent partners to gauge their views on the state of the market in their areas and other issues affecting them and their businesses.

We had a great response from agents up and down the country, providing their feedback on local resale and rental prices; levels of buyer and renter interest; their confidence in the market and optimism for the future.

The results were picked up in the trade press by Estate Agent Today, which focused on agents’ sentiments on prices.

Below is a list of the questions and results.

1. How would you describe current buyer interest?
