We offer two ways to sell your home:
-Pay Now Option: Just £780 Sell your home for a low fixed fee. The fixed fee includes VAT and is the same whatever the price of your home. We charge just £780 including VAT for a home selling for £200,000 and we charge the same £780 fee including VAT for a home selling for £900,000
-Pay Later Option: Just 0.6% sales fee (no sale, no fee) With this option there is nothing to pay until completion. The fee is calculated as a percentage of the sales price. A home selling for £200,000 will incur a sales fee of £1200 including VAT, and a home selling for £300,000 will incur a sales fee of £1800 including VAT
Whatever option you choose we include photos, floor plans, Energy Performance Certificate, optional For Sale Board, a full marketing package using Rightmove and Zoopla, and a dedicated local sales agent to guide you through the selling process.
Do you have a property to let?
-Bardens Tenant Find is just £246 Let your property for a low fixed fee. The fee is fixed no matter what monthly rent is achieved. A property letting for £800 and a property letting for £1000 rent per calendar month will both incur the same fixed £246 fee, inclusive of VAT
-Bardens Full Property Management is only 9% This fee is calculated as a percentage of the monthly rent. A property that achieves a monthly rent of £800 will incur a monthly management charge of £72 inclusive of VAT. A property that is let for £1100 per calendar month will incur a monthly management charge of £99 inclusive of VAT
