How the ‘Reserve Buyers List’ feature works
When searching for your next property, you can now see a list of homes that recently went under offer with other buyers. If you can’t take your mind off one of these properties, you can register to join the priority list and if it then comes back on the market, you’ll be one of the first to be contacted by the estate agent.
How do you find the ‘Reserve Buyers List’ tool on the website?
After entering your search criteria, a number of results will be displayed that meet your search terms. At the top of the page, you’ll be presented with a ‘Reserve Buyers List’ tab, as seen below.
This will display a carousel of properties that recently went under offer with other buyers.
Simply enter your details to be notified if this property comes back to the market. It’s that simple.
