The tool allows you to see a selection of homes that may potentially become available. Then if you like what you see, you can register your details with just a few clicks to communicate your interest.
How do you find the ‘Ask The Agent’ tool on the website?
After entering your search criteria, a number of results will be displayed that meet your search terms. At the top of the page, you’ll see an ‘Ask The Agent’ tab, as seen below.
This will display a reel of properties that are currently being valued by OnTheMarket agents but aren’t advertised for sale just yet, as you can see below.
You’ll be able to see the key details of the property, from the number of bedrooms to the property type and any key features, such as a private garden.
After submitting your details, your information will be sent to the agents valuing this property and they’ll let you know once it’s been put on the market.
