Launched in 2006 by Sarah and John Currey, their aim was, and still is, to offer a personal level of service expected by a family owned business, alongside a professional approach backed up by years of experience within the property and finance sector.
We started out as a letting agent and quickly became one of the leading agents locally, representing some of Chesterfield’s most iconic developments, such as Bradbury Place, Belmont Park and Piccadilly Heights. Our lettings division is still going strong, with Dales & Peaks being the go-to name for lettings locally. Our team is growing and we now look after a portfolio of around 1000 properties locally and a constantly growing number of Landlords.
In 2017, son of Sarah and John, Tom Currey, joined the business to develop the sales division, rebrand the company and raise our game on marketing and exposure. With a modern approach to marketing and a strong eye on the company’s personal and professional ethos, our sales are growing drastically.
