With that in mind, our Wish List tool allows you to filter your search and browse through the many properties available at OnTheMarket to find one that’s perfectly suited to your unique requirements.
We are constantly upgrading our functionality to make the search for your next home as simple and successful as possible. If you know exactly what you’re after, whether it be an eco-home, or a property within a cul-de-sac, this tool will help you find exactly what you’re looking for.
How does it work?
When entering your search criteria click ‘Wish List’ and you will then be able to enter up to five features, as shown in the example below. Once you click ‘apply’, your search will automatically filter out any properties that do not match your chosen preferences.
If you’re not quite sure what you’re looking for or, for example, you’d like to see if you can find a property with a dressing room or a swimming pool within your budget, then this is the tool for you.
You can create a list of features, from deal-breakers to nice-to-haves, then we’ll sort your property search results accordingly. It’s that simple.
