Herriot Way, West Yorkshire, Wakefield, WF1 2GA

From £339,950 to £534,950

Our new phase of homes at Windsor Park is due to be released soon.

Our four-bedroom homes here will be popular with families who want to be close to the city centre for all the local amenities, in a location that makes it easy to head out of town too. Windsor Park is between the city areas of Wrenthorpe and Newton Hill to the north of the city centre.

Wakefield is a thriving city in a central location for Leeds, Huddersfield, Barnsley, Castleford and Pontefract. The M1 passes the town to the west and the M62 to the north, giving you two excellent routes for travel throughout Yorkshire. The focal point for the city is its cathedral with the tallest spire in Yorkshire – that’s a great landmark to have on the horizon. Several regeneration projects have given the city new shopping centres, the ‘Wakefield Waterfront’ – a buzzing river and canal-side development with galleries, cafés and restaurants - and a new life
