Why buy at Lakeside Gardens?

Arborfield Green combines new woodland areas and wildlife habitats with the site’s rich, established landscape and military heritage, making this new neighbourhood a truly unique place to live.  Arborfield’s residents will enjoy a new convenience store, cafes and healthcare facilities in addition to a newly built secondary school providing state-of-the-art facilities for local children, as well as a new primary school.

Our development is approximately one mile south-east of Arborfield Cross, a historic village with 15th century cottages, a village shop ideal for day to day requirements and a popular pub and restaurant, The Bull Inn. Additionally 24 acres of sports pitches and a cricket pavilion, 4 km of cycleways, children’s play areas and a number of open green spaces designed to attract residents and dog walkers, offering many ways to enjoy the outdoors, are within our plans.

The historic buildings of this area will not be forgotten and will be protected to embrace and integrate the historical significance of the Garrison into the new community. Indeed the horse infirmary stables have already been beautifully restored ready for new community use overlooking a new village green and, with so many other exciting plans in place, Lakeside Gardens will be a place where families can flourish.
