St Pauls is situated just to the north of Cheltenham town centre approximately 10 minutes walk of the High Street and only 5 minutes from 'The Brewery' leisure complex with Restaurants, Cinema, and a Health Club on offer. The area is predominately made up of Victorian rendered terrace houses in small quiet streets. To one side the area borders Pittville Park and some of the properties have views over the park to the lake.
