What the owners say: Harrow Farm has been our family home for 23 years. We fell in love with it back in 1998 and have had some fantastic times here and made some life lasting memories. The time has come for us to move on now that commuting into London is no longer required but it will be sad to leave with everything that we have experienced while living here, from the times spent with family and friends in the house and the garden, to the improvements we have made and the history of the property. We hope the new owners have as much fun living here as we have and Harrow Farm will always hold a special place in our hearts.
The facts: This detached Farmhouse with period features is truly a great property with panelled entrance hall and dining room with pamment tile floors. The traditional farmhouse kitchen, with oak doors and double butler sink, reminds us of its origin/history. The "stable" door goes into a big utility room with units and sink. The sitting room is large and bright with French windows connecting to the recently laid patio. Ideal for home working, the property benefits from fibre optic broadband. The bedrooms are all doubles and are nice and bright, all leading from the central landing. There is plenty of space outside, the garden is mainly lawned with mature trees, hedges and shrubs and a pond. It has huge potential with space for a pool or tennis court for example. The outbuilding is divided into three sections, has power and water connected would be big enough to create an annex subject to planning permission. Plenty of parking with a gravel in and out drive leading up to the front door.

Broadband availability and predicted speed
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area
