Low Cost (Discounted) Market Dwellings are homes that will be provided at a discount from the full market value of a percentage of more than 20% (we have agreed a 25% discount with Ashfield) and will be subject to a restriction that it may only be sold by the purchaser at the same discount from full market value as applied at the first sale. The Section 106 Agreement requires that these intermediate dwellings are to be sold to first time buyers or other households who cannot afford to buy their own home on open market terms for a freehold purchase.
