This prestigious period villa was acquired by the current family owners in the 1960s and restored to a very high level to preserve all the original features as well as four delightful 16th century frescoes by Ceruti in the salon. Subsequent restoration in the last ten years has taken the villa to an incredibly high level with state-of-the-art technology, such as fully controllable hot and cold systems and sound systems, as well as a careful and painstaking refurbishment based on the original period features, using fabrics from Rubelli and Bevilacqua, antique carpets carefully selected to complement the frescoes, and classic furniture and lighting in keeping with this beautiful house.

The property is composed of the main villa - with annexes - of around 600 sq m, a park of 1.5 ha with an ice house, a small wooden house, a gazebo, a little lake, a swimming pool - a rarity in historic Veneto villas, and a large vegetable garden with orchard. There is also an outbuilding of 250 sq m with separate access and 500 sq m of private garden.

GROUND FLOOR
The main living areas are spacious and beautifully restored, with a series of rooms moving from the monumental salon to the library, a formal dining room, a warm and inviting kitchen, a wine cantina, a TV room and a guest suite. There is also a gym with a sauna, laundry room, service room, winter garden, and a beautiful small square with a well and an area for summer lunches.

FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor, there are four beautifully planned main bedrooms, all with dressing rooms and private bathrooms, and a large open area with sofas. Each bedroom, dressing room and bathroom have been meticulously furnished with bespoke furniture, fabrics, and antique pieces to create a special private ambiance.

SECOND FLOOR
On the second floor, in addition to two spacious mansard areas, there is a huge furnished studio with a cinema area, video projector and 'Bose' sound system, a bathroom and a small studio interconnecting with one of the bedrooms below.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Directly adjacent to the villa there are leisure spaces such as a barbecue and pizza oven room, a small "piazzetta" with a well and a huge dining table for 24 persons below a wisteria and ivy covered pergola perfect for summer lunches and dining.
In addition, there are more functional spaces such as the laundry area, office and winter garden for lunching on cooler days, lemon trees in decorative terracotta pots adorn the facade to the south in front of the fountain.

THE PARK
The structure of the north side of the Park is reminiscent of a romantic English garden, ending in a walkway to the river which can be accessed through a private gate. Here boats pass along the beautiful villas of the Brenta River from Venice to Padova. A boat jetty
could be constructed here for the private use of the villa. There is also a place for a heliport.
Moreover, the park houses a small lake with vegetation and decorative elements, a swimming pool, outside cooking/eating areas, a little house in the woods, and orchards with various fruits and organic natural herbs.
On the south side of the park, there is an Italian garden with parterres in geometric form and a beautiful row of Magnolias which also serve to screen the outbuilding.
On the other side, a path leading to an ancient statue is covered with white climbing roses and near the central fountain, made of Nanto stone, there are two further statues dating from the 18th century.

OUTBUILDING
Through a little gate, there is access to the outbuilding, a more recent construction with three apartments and a private garden of around 500 m. Of these three apartments, one is used by the villa's staff, and the remaining two are let.
