Situated in a sought-after area of Brodick in an elevated position, Kilreen is a small bungalow built in the late 1930's presented in excellent condition however may require some remodeling to suit one's individual taste. The property benefits from views of Brodick Bay, Goatfell and Brodick Castle.

Kilreen is centrally located in Brodick and within easy reach of the village amenities which include the bowling green, tennis courts, 18-hole golf course, library as well as the popular Auchrannie Resort and Brodick Castle, a National Trust of Scotland property. There are many restaurants, shops, pubs and two Co-ops located along the shorefront.

The property is a short walk to the beach, play park and many of the villages walking trails, including paths leading up Goatfell. Brodick has its own Early Years Nursery, Primary School and the Islands only secondary school located in Lamlash which pupils travel to daily by bus. The main ferry terminal for commuting to the mainland and the bus station which connects all the Island villages, are both situated in Brodick. Argyllshire is accessible via the ferry from Lochranza at the Northend of Arran, dependant on the time of year the ferry will sail either to Tarbert or Claonaig.

Accommodation: The bungalow consists of two bedrooms which both are located at the rear of the property, wet room with modern white suite. The Lounge has an elevation to the front of the property with beautiful views of Brodick bay and Goatfell. The Kitchen requires design modifications and possibly new units throughout. The Dining room is off the kitchen and has an elevation to the front. There is a large floored attic area with a dormer window overlooking Brodick Bay, however, at present access to this area is by an attic ladder.

The purpose built self-contained annexe at the side of the house has been tastefully converted into single accommodation with all amenities for round the year rental. The garden is of a good size and is at present planted out with a variety of trees and shrubs for easy maintenance purposes. The driveway is of gravel and is well maintained.

Viewing Highly Recommended.
