* Vendors comments * "We bought this property three and a half years ago because we were first time buyers trying to get onto the property ladder. We were looking for a spacious one bedroom flat with a garden, and were initially drawn to the flat as it was on the first floor which meant that there were no damp issues, it was end terrace which meant that we only had one set of neighbours to deal with, and finally it had high ceilings and two sets of stairs which made it feel much more spacious than the other flats we were looking at. We have fallen in love with this little flat over the last three and a bit years of living here and would love to sell it on to anyone who will appreciate it as much as we have. It is the perfect size for one or two people, and a great starter home for those getting onto the property ladder.

The garden has been the best part about living here. It has great sun exposure all year round (in the summer you get 12 hours of unencumbered sunlight) and it is a sun trap on the back patio in the afternoons. Plants flourish in it, and we have been growing our own fruit and veg in it for three years now with great success. There are apple and pear trees planted and ready to fruit for those who want to get going straight away. The patio is big enough to have lots of friends round (we had 14 at one point!) and bbqs are always great fun.

The neighbours downstairs and over the fence are lovely, and we would often have summer drinks together and generally help each other out. The back staircase is also helpful so that you don’t have to walk around the house to get to the garden as it is your own private entrance. The light is great in the flat, you get the sunrise in the bedroom and kitchen in the mornings, and it sets in the living room and garden in the afternoon/evening. The rooms are a good size for one or two people to live in comfortably".
