In addition, further planning approval was also subsequently granted (Application number 99/00710/FUL) in 2000 for the construction of two detached houses. As a result of non-implementation, this approval has now lapsed, however plot circumstances are clearly unchanged and it is believed that approval for a similar proposal would be readily granted.GROUNDWORKSIt is considered that the ground conditions make it a more practical and economical proposition to deploy shallow piled foundations to the proposed dwellings.
