The beds and headboards are all bespoke and made to measure as well as being ottoman storage beds which mean that you have ample amounts of hidden storage space which is very rare in apartments of this nature. This apartment use to be my family home for five years and after I moved out it has been let to three premiership footballers and a high profile CEO of a blue chip FTSE 100 company. It is kept in beautiful condition throughout and has three double bedrooms, with three bathrooms of which two are on-suite. The location is incredibly convenient as it is less than 2 mins walk to the Canary Wharf Jubilee line station as well as South Quay DLR station and 2 mins to the main One Canada Square building and Canary Wharf Shopping complex. The shops bars and restaurants are in abundance and there is a choice of hundreds of places to visit. You have some of the best restaurants on your doorstep from fast food, healthy food to Michelin star rated. You also have the convenience of one of the largest selection of Deliveroo and Uber Eats choices in the country. The development is great for families and professionals alike and is a very nice place to live with a great community feel. There is a residents gym and swimming pool as well as a 24hr concierge to help take deliveries and handle visitors. The site is the closest residential building to the Canary Wharf Estate and is in the heart of the action. The property also comes with a parking space if needed in a secure underground car park accessed by residents only. Heating is underfloor and is very subtle and relaxing, there is also comfort cooling for the summer so you can experience a pleasant cool environment in the hot months. The building is installed with Hyper Optic internet so you can have speeds of over 1GB depending on the plan you take. There is a beautiful bespoke designer concrete desk which faces the Manhattan style skyline so you can work from home in the COVID era. Beautiful hard wood floors in the living room and hallway with luxury carpets in the bedrooms. This is a great place and one which you will truly love every second of your stay in. South Quay DLR is only 2 mins away across the road and is a great alternative if there is ever a strike or works on the main line station. There are a huge amount of Black Cabs available all around the place as it is a very affluent area full of professionals. Ubers are available within a minute as it is used heavily by everyone in the area. There is also the option of the Thames Clippers which has a port at Westferry Circus and is just 10 mins away. This is the River boat that can get you up and down the Thames, from Greenwich to Embankment and beyond. I remember when there used to be tube strikes and I used this as it was working and is a great little gem which is incredibly fast and easy to use. You can also use your oyster card on this so its super easy. You have local bus stops outside as well both on Marsh Wall next to the development and also on the opposite side with the Canary Wharf stops as well. Transport is available in abundance here and it is great!Local Life: The local life is great whether you are a professional or a family, it offers everything to cater for all. You have a huge choice of bars, restaurants, clothes shops, coffee shops, cinemas including Everyman and Cineworld. over 200+ shops spread across 3 shopping centres all within a 5 min walking distance. There is a Waitrose and John Lewis across the road as well as easy access and availability for delivery for any food shopping via the supermarkets or Deliveroo. There are regular events including the annual Motor Show, outdoor tennis and sports screens as well as multiple events in the Canary Wharf district for adults, kids and everyone in-between. This is the most convenient and most satisfying location to live in, in London.
