We offer a range of shared flats, private studios, twin rooms & 2 bed apartments. All of our room types are available on 51 week licences. The shared flats (5-6 bed) consist of your own double bed, en-suite, study desk, and plenty of storage as well as a large shared kitchen/living area, complete with a fitted kitchen & dining/seating area with a flat screen TV. The studios all have a double bed, en-suite, study desk, breakfast bar/dining table, fitted wardrobe & fully equipped fitted kitchen. The twin rooms are perfect for sharing with a friend or relative. These self-contained studios include either two single beds (or two double depending on the room type), two study desks, a fitted kitchen, en-suite bathroom and plenty of storage. All our rents are inclusive of all utility bills, insurance & Wifi. Facilities include:- Large common room- 24/7 security- Free gym open 24/7- Study room- 45 seat cinema- Games area- Laundry room- Free bike hire & storage- Courtyard area. Bookings open for 2021/22.
