We have been granted planning permission to develop a high-quality, mixed-use development at the city centre's waterfront location which will act as a driver for further regeneration in the area.
We have partnered with Medway Development Company Ltd to deliver a site of mixed residential and commercial use.
The plans are for the waterfront to complement other regeneration projects in the town including the Chatham Placemaking project and build on the improvements to the city centre and river walk.

There are additional proposals within walking distance for the development of additional accommodation.The proposals include 164 one and two bedroom apartments with commercial units on the ground floor.
The rooftop, which offers stunning views over the River Medway, Rochester Castle and Cathedral, is also set to be converted into a restaurant.
If permission is granted, diners will be able to eat and look out across the skyline.
There will also be a communal garden space for residents living in the apartments.
The project will also demolish the former bus station ramps to create pop up containers for shops and kiosks along with a new public square and improved taxi rank.
