The accommodation is arranged over two floors, on the ground floor is a large open plan kitchen / living area with log burner and large sliding doors allowing the natural light to flood in and providing fantastic views over the surrounding countryside. The kitchen has granite work tops, built in ovens and hob as well as a large central island / breakfast bar with built in sink. Off the main reception room is a separate snug / dining room with log burner. The principal bedroom is also on this floor with a walk in wardrobe and a large ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, roll top bath, double sinks and heated towel rail. The second bedroom is also a good size and has built in wardrobes, the ensuite bathroom has a bath, shower and large sink. A study is just off of the entrance hall and could be used as a fifth bedroom, there is also a WC.

From the main reception room a bespoke staircase leads down to the lower ground floor where there are two bedrooms, one of which has another amazing ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and bath and a walk in wardrobe. The fourth bedroom is very large and could easily be used as cinema / entertainment room. The courtyard area outside has been designed to allow the natural light to enter this underground floor. There is a utility room, WC and access to the garage which has a shower room. The property benefits from underfloor heating throughout excluding the garage.

Outside the entrance is gated and the drive sweeps in to the underground garage or up to the front door where there is additional parking. A landscaped garden and patio area is to the rear of the house and benefits from amazing rural views. Garden steps lead up to a large level lawn where there is also access to a shared tennis court.

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services

Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on January 21, 2021 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
