A message from the owner: "We feel proud and fortunate to call Louise Street and the Garden Quarter our home. From the first day we moved to the area, the welcome from neighbours and the community was unlike anything we have experienced elsewhere. We have shared many wonderful times, the fantastic Christmas light switch on with house Band and Choir and the street parties/events to name but a few all put on by members of the Garden Quarter community with updates often shared on the Garden Quarter Facebook Group. Louise Street is a stone's throw away from the Canal, Racecourse, River and City Walls providing the scene for many pleasant evening walks.

The house itself was built in the 1880s, it is unique to the street and rare to the area with it having double fronted bay windows. This provides generous amounts of natural light to rooms throughout the house. The house has kept many of it’s period features such as the pine doors and cast iron fireplace, making it a home with great character and history. We added our gift to the house, the house number above the entrance is gold leaf gilded and hand painted by local signwriter Harry Mytton who’s work can be found on various buildings within the city centre. It has been a pleasure to live in this house."

A late Victorian double fronted three-bedroom end of terrace house, with stylish internal accommodation, south facing walled patio garden, and a very popular location within walking distance of the thriving heart of the Garden Quarter, as well as the Shropshire Union Canal and Chester city centre.

A classic example of an elegant late Victorian terraced house, this property has larger than average well-presented internal accommodation as well as a south facing walled patio garden, and an excellent location within walking distance of the numerous facilities within the Garden Quarter itself (/ )
, as well as those in and around the historic Roman city of Chester, and delightful towpath walks along the Chester branch of the Shropshire Union Canal, which also lead into the city centre. There are various first-class connections to the wider North West road communications network, including the Chester and Bache railway stations and M53/M56 motorways and A55 expressway all nearby. In addition to being very well presented, the property also has the benefit of a gas-fired combination central heating/hot water boiler, double glazed windows, connections to all mains services and the following accommodation which is described in detail below.
