The house has two large double bedrooms downstairs. Both of these come with a single bed and mattress and pine wardrobe with two drawers. The rooms have laminate flooring and magnolia walls.
Adjacent is a large communal conservatory with table and chairs and two sofas. This leads onto the patio garden.
The kitchen is modern with a gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The cooker comes with an annual maintenance contract.
There is a downstairs toilet next to the kitchen.
Under the stairs is a large cupboard containing the meters (prepayment) and hoover/ironing board.
