The house itself is also Victorian, with many restored original features, including with stained glass fore-doors, and restored tiled flooring in the hallway. At the rear of the house, facing the garden and patio, is a farmhouse style kitchen with double range stove. The kitchen comes with three fridges and freezers, a microwave, refectory table, masses of storage cupboards and a small lounge area. There are glass double doors leading out into the garden, which has a patio covered by an awning - perfect for a barbecue come summer.
The secure side return is handy for parking the bicycles and scooters. On the lower ground floor is the communal living room and a bathroom - where there is a corner bath with shower over it. On the first floor is another communal bathroom, fully fitted, and with three washing machines concealed in storage cupboards. The third bathroom is on the second floor, and also has a bath and shower.
The room is furnished, but if you have your own furniture, you can use that instead.
A deposit of five weeks' rent will be payable before moving into this property.

If you work in the city, a five-minute walk to Loughborough Junction station takes you to Blackfriars in less than 10 minutes, with Farringdon and City Thameslink a few minutes further on. There are shops too within easy walking distance. After a hard day at work chill at The Sun with great food and drinks, or go into nearby Brixton for the Ritzy cinema and a huge selection of bars and restaurants.
