'We've really enjoyed living in this small boutique development. The southeast orientation of the flat plus the triple aspect living space provides an abundance of light through the day and throughout the year. We've found the flat to have a real sense of space and, especially with the spacious balcony, has been really comfortable with space for work and rest. We've loved the location in the heart of Lower Clapton with its wealth of local amenities being seconds away from P. Franco, Yardsale Pizza, Clapton Craft, My Neighbour the Dumplings plus several great and large local parks - our only struggle is the choice! Our commutes have always been easy with multiple Overground and bus choices taking us into the City in around 25 minutes. Without relocating abroad we wouldn't be leaving this gem!'
