Pridea Sales and Lettings was established six years ago in the University City of Lincoln. The company was initially centred on the day to day management of a large property portfolio, owned by the current director. We have since expanded through building successful relationships with other landlords and also now manage an increasing number of third party owned properties. Our business is based on pride, hence the name ‘Pridea’. We have a huge sense of pride in what we do and have a great passion for the property industry. We are very proud of every aspect of our business and our focus is to provide a fantastic product and service that always clearly demonstrates our Pridea ethos. The Pridea team has over 50 years of experience in the lettings industry and we reflect the same passion that our customers have for their own properties. Our experience has been invaluable in helping us to ensure that properties are managed in the correct way, creating a stress-free experience for both Landlord and Tenant. As a company, we are currently managing over £7 million pounds of residential property across the United Kingdom. We continue to research and investigate the market to ensure that we always provide a comprehensive service, at a competitive price. We have also recently opened a property sales division. The sales team at Pridea are a highly driven group who apply both unique and traditional marketing techniques to turn our clients’ dreams into reality. This part of the company will continue to develop by applying the same trusted, Pridea customer service principles that have always been a recipe for success.
