Pridea Sales and Lettings was established six years ago in the University City of Lincoln. The company was initially centred on the day to day management of a large property portfolio, owned by the current director.
We have since expanded through building successful relationships with other landlords and also now manage an increasing number of third party owned properties.

We have also recently opened a property sales division.
