1) What do you love most about your home?

This home feels warm and comfy. Love the open space living room and kitchen. Loads of sunlight can come in at all angels as there is plenty of windows that surround this apartment. Security system in place for extra protection. No stairs as unit is on the ground floor.

2) Why are you moving?

Need to sell as wife is pregnant and we need a new family home with more space and bedrooms.

3) What do you love about the area

Easy access from the motorway if your driving to and from London or even the coastal areas. Train stations within the 3 miles of property. Maidstone town is 3 minute drive away which has all the shops needed for a nice day out. Coffee shops, restaurants, bars. Nightlight is great. Plenty of schools for the kids and a massive park with has a lake ideal for walkers.
