The Land - The property is set in nearly 5 acres of woodland and 8 acres of pasture and surrounded by farmland. The woodland has a stream running through it and the owners have created a delightful woodland walk for guests. The sloping pasture field can be accessed via the driveway and offers grazing land or perhaps the potential for glamping or camping subject to obtaining the relevant consents and some landscaping work.

Outbuildings - Opposite the parking area are former stables now used for storage and a garage which contains the water holding tank.
