' I've had 3 fantastic years here and the flat has been a dream. Having searched for over a year to find my perfect flat, the one thing that set this one apart was the space and the sense of space with it's tall ceilings, great for when it's just you and one other or hosting dinner parties. The flat has an abundance of storage space and huge inbuilt wardrobes, which means if you like clean tidy spaces, everything can be hidden away, something I've been really appreciative of.

When the sun is out, the flat is drenched in sunlight from the back and with a beautiful green outlook (which hides you from being overlooked), it's like having the outside inside. Even on gloomy days, the large windows throughout keep the space bright. The bedroom always remains cool at the front, which is perfect for sleeping through those hot summer nights.

The block is super friendly, very handy for deliveries when you're not going to be in.

The second reason I feel in love with this flat is the location. All of my favourite spots are within a short walk; Hackney Road, Colombia Road Flower Market, De Beauvoir Town, London Fields, Broadway Market, Dalston, Victoria Park to name a few and 5 mins to join the canal for walks. Haggerston Overground is 5 mins walk away which pretty much gets you anywhere in London, and arguably the nicest line to be on! I'll be sad to go! '
