Tea Trade Wharf is one of the four residential buildings that occupy the Tower Bridge waterfront. Originally a warehouse on the corner of the river and St Saviours Dock, it was converted in 2003 to a premium apartment building with Browns restaurant on the ground floor. Stepping off Shad Thames and through the revolving doors one is greeted by a breath-taking entrance lobby that rises eight floors to a glass roof. The 24 hour concierge desk sits in the centre and glass lifts connect the floors.

This apartment is on the third floor and, as we have explained in our video, this is perhaps the floor level that provides the best connection with the river because when you sit down in the living room you have a more horizontal view of water. The waterfront living room has two sets of glass doors to maximise the view; one set are bi-fold which concertina back and the other open onto a large balcony. To the rear of the apartment here are two large en suite bedrooms and a guest WC. The bedrooms face the atrium which makes them incredibly quiet.

The facilities for residents at Tea Trade Wharf are what you would expect of a premium apartment block - all apartments are air conditioned, there is a 24 hour concierge service, a gym, pool and sauna. Furthermore there is a bike store and a secure car park space.
