This apartment is on the third floor and, as we have explained in our video, this is perhaps the floor level that provides the best connection with the river because when you sit down in the living room you have a more horizontal view of water. The waterfront living room has two sets of glass doors to maximise the view; one set are bi-fold which concertina back and the other open onto a large balcony. To the rear of the apartment here are two large en suite bedrooms and a guest WC. The bedrooms face the atrium which makes them incredibly quiet.
