She has only had 3 owners, since new, the current owner having motored her up from the south coast 9 years ago and having used her as an invaluable pied à terre ever since. Saloon
Light and airy, with large windows. To the port side is an L-shaped sofa round a drop leaf table. To starboard is a large sofa which easily converts into an occasional double bed. The two sofas offer comfortable seating for 6-8. There is ample shelf and locker space, a TV/DVD player and a sound system. Stairs aft lead down to the master cabin or up to the large sundeck above it, seating 6 with ease. Stairs forward lead to the galley, to port, and the second heads, to starboard.

Galley
Twin stainless sinks with mixer, ‘fridge, 3 burner gas hob with oven, grill and extractor fan, as well as a microwave oven. Pressurised hot and cold running water.

Forward Cabin
2 large and comfortable single beds in V configuration, with storage space below. Ample shelf and locker space as well as 2 hanging wardrobes. Ventilator and an opening skylight.

Aft Master Cabin
Surprisingly spacious, with double bed, ample shelf, locker and drawer space, as well as a hanging wardrobe. Ensuite, with lavatory, wash basin (with storage below), shelf space and a shower. Ventilators and opening skylight.

Main Sun Deck and Flybridge
Large sun deck, over aft cabin, offering cushioned seating for 6 or more, protected on 3 sides by wind dodgers. Up the stairs to the flybridge, again protected, with upper helm position, further cushioned seating for 3.
