The family of three love the house and have taken extreme care of it. The reason they are selling it is because they want to downsize their residence as their daughter leaves for college in the near future.

Extra information: Both the swimming pool and one of the bathrooms has a Jacuzzi. The maid s room has attached bathroom, TV, fan and opens out to the garden. Next to it is the store room. Also, a new laundry room has just been added to one of the bathrooms, near the maid s room.

The kitchen is a blend of Western and Thai style with a sliding door between the pantry and the kitchen. On top of the stairs is a hall leading to the Living room. This can be easily converted either into a guest room or a bathroom.

There is storage cupboard attached to the wall on the side garden for implements and other stuff. A smaller structure near it is meant for storage of a gas cylinder (for safety) connected to the stove upstairs. There is both a gas hob and two electric hobs and an oven.

The pool pump room is covered with ivy and fits well with the layout of the garden and a little herb area opposite it.
