Available late May a room to rent in a house of multiple occupancy. Strictly one person per room. The room itself is located on the first floor and is a double room available with furniture to include a double bed, cupboard and wardrobe. The room itself has an electric heater and is double glazed.
Also available is a private bathroom which has a w/c and shower. The room has it own electric meter, therefore the only bill to pay at this property is the use of electric within the room. The council tax, water and electric in the communal areas are paid by the Landlord.
There is a shared kitchen with other tenants at the property which includes 2 shared fridge/freezers, a washing machine, tumble dryer as well as a hoover, microwave and kettle.
There is a small access off the kitchen area (communal) which has washing lines available to further dry you clothing.
For security CCTV has been installed in the communal parts of the building. Viewings are highly recommended to appreciate this room.
