The Victorian house is in the heart of Poets Corner and is only a 2 minute walk to Aldrington Train Station, local shops and bus routes and a 20 minute walk to the sea, making its location ideal.
ALL BILLS INCLUDED and you will have access to the garden, modern kitchen and gorgeous Japanese bath and shower. They would like to keep some family privacy but also enjoy making friends and sharing some meals and vino..... maybe a sauna too!! Private access to the sauna in the back garden is negotiable but may incur extra costs.
