We provide accommodation to professionals and mature students in a large 25 bed property which is 20 minute's walk from Heartlands Hospital, 7 min train to Birmingham New Street Station and 12 min drive to Birmingham Airport.
Some of our tenants work in the medical sector either in Heartlands Hospital or surrounding hospitals.
We also have several other HMO (House of multiple occupancy) properties around Birmingham.
If you are looking for a different location in Birmingham, please ask.
Tenancy length
Usually, 6 months but we are happy to consider shorter term lets.
Facilities
> Double stylish ensuite bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and cupboards.
(Some bedrooms include a small under counter fridge, kettle and microwave).
The ensuite includes a shower, toilet and sink.
> All utility bills are included in the monthly rental cost.

Cost & Advance

Couples: If you have a partner the cost for your partner to live with you is £50 per month.
