This house was bought for personal use just over 5 years ago, with the intention of living in it and was significantly upgraded (solid wood floors, upgraded kitchen etc).. However, sadly (for them) the owners have had to move abroad for work and so is now available for rent

The Location

Minutes walk from the top of Brick Lane - its in a great location. Full of character and life at the weekends with Brick Lane Market, its also super close to Spitalfields (10 mins walk) and Shoreditch HS (10 mins walk). There's a near unlimited amount going minutes walk away from your front door - bars, galleries, immersive theatre - whatever you want. There's great transport connections with either Shoreditch HS, Bethnal Green (Overground) or Whitechapel (Elizabeth line, circle, district) all ~10 mins walk away. It's walkable to the city, and the west end/Canary Wharf is super close thanks to the Elizabeth line connection.

That aside, there are multiple great cafes/pubs/bakeries within a close walk and two parks within 5 minutes.

The Apartment


The house is great - homely, spacious, well looked after and loved. It has a balcony with evening sunsets and its airy throughout - both vistas don't have a building directly opposite so it's light and sunny with an unobstructed view (the photos above show the view out the front and back). There is enough room for desks in both rooms and super-fast fibre internet. From a practical standpoint - it's very liveable, it is top floor (with lift) so has little neighbour noise, great insulation and efficient district heating.

The house itself is 74 sqm. Plenty of storage space. The owner upgraded the floors with some solid wood and brushed concrete in the living room. Bathrooms/kitchens all modern.
