We have 2 excellent double rooms available in our friendly house share, located in the heart of Deptford.

The first Room is available this week (from the 4th) - the other from next week - but I'm happy to be flexible on move dates.

Both priced at £930.00 pcm.

We've taken the time around a few people leaving to make some upgrades - either room will have been redecorated with a new bed and mattress.

We can be flexible on providing a desk, depending on what you need

The rent is fully inclusive of all bills.

About the Property:

The rooms are in The Deptford Arms, a unique converted pub with spacious accommodation on the upper floors (the ground floor is now a Paddy Power's). It's a sociable 8-person home, but the property is very spacious with 3 modern shower rooms, so there's never a queue in the morning.

We've used the summer to make some great upgrades, including a brand new, huge Swyft Model 03 modular sofa (sorry, need to update images) - perfect for movie nights in the wood-panelled living room, which leads onto a sizable decked terrace for sunny days.

The Housemates:

You'll be sharing with an excellent mix of young professionals and one student - were open to finding the right people rather than being fixed on work/study..
The current housemates include Zoe (recently finished her MA at the Laban), Aleksandra and Marta, both analysts, and Maddie (freelance designer) studying at Goldsmiths. We're looking for like-minded people to join the friendly, respectful atmosphere.

NB whilst we upgrade fire doors, the 8th bedroom will be used as a workshop/ storage, as such, working on the basis we'd be looking for an 8th housemate towards the end of the winter.

We've invested in making the house a comfortable and convenient place to live.

Super-Fast & Reliable WiFi: We have a recently installed mesh network, with the exchange physically attached to the building, so the connection is unbeatable.

We have an auto-dosing Miele washing machine (free detergent!) there's also a separate Miele dryer.

Weekly Cleaner: All communal areas (hallways, kitchen, living room, bathrooms) are professionally cleaned every week.

Modern Touches: All rooms have ceiling fans, and we are progressively installing 30W fast-charge USB sockets.

Durable Flooring: Rooms feature LVT vinyl flooring, with carpet in the communal hallways.
