Additionally there is the C3 bus that passes right opposite the entrance door and that goes to Clapham Junction and up to Earls Court. There is also the 306 bus, which can get you up to Fulham Broadway very quickly.

If walking is more your thing, you can walk up to Kings Road in about 10 mins and over to the heart of Chelsea in about 20-30 mins.
