We aim to place good, long-term tenants in well-maintained homes, and we have earned a good reputation not only for the standards of our properties but also for our professional approach. Our tenancy duration far exceeds the national average, and some 10% of our tenants have been in their properties for 10 years or more. We are proud to be independent and not reliant on any third party for commission income or targets.
