Eaton-Terry Clark is an independent property management and residential
letting company based in Exmouth (East Devon). We are proud to be members of
ARLA Propertymark, and the TPO
(The Property Ombudsman). Our owner, Jenny Clark, is on the main board of ARLA
Propertymark.



Our membership of
ARLA Propertymark ensures we have full client money protection and that our
staff receive regular training. With over 20 years of experience of letting
properties in East Devon we are always happy to discuss options with landlords
and potential landlords, and provide advice based on our wealth of experience.



Our track record speaks for itself – we have undertaken some 2,000 lets and there are very few
situations that we have not had to manage! We aim to place good, long-term
tenants in well-maintained homes, and we have earned a good reputation not only
for the standards of our properties but also for our professional approach. Our
tenancy duration far exceeds the national average, and some 10% of our tenants
have been in their properties for 10 years or more.



We are proud to be
independent and not reliant on any third party for commission income or
targets. Transparency and fairness are key to our success - we do not add
‘hidden’ charges by way of commissions or margins from contractor invoices.

large number of properties in an area bordered by Exeter, Newton Poppleford,
Budleigh Salterton and Exmouth (encompassing the villages of Woodbury, Woodbury
Salterton, Lympstone, Exton, Ebford, Topsham, Clyst St George, Clyst St Mary, Yettington,
Southerton, Otterton, Colaton Raleigh, East Budleigh and others).
