Plwmp itself provides for village stores and chapel. The Cardigan Bay coastline at Cwmtydu is some 5 miles distant. The coastal towns of New Quay, Aberaeron and Cardigan are some 6, 8 & 13 miles respectively.

Directions: From the village square in Plwmp, proceed on the main A487 towards Aberaeron and the field will be on the left hand side as you leave the village boundaries, with our ‘For Sale’ board erected. Similarly, go down by the Post Office/Stores for Llwyndafydd and Caerwedros and the two bottom gateways will be on the right hand side before reaching the ‘Give Way’ junction.

Description: A gently sloping field, being ring boundary fenced for sheep, in good heart. Gateways on both the northern (minor road) and southern (main road) aspects. Located in the centre of the field is a fenced off conservation area, where the private water supply is located and has previously been piped down to the bottom (northern) hedge. The field lies on the boundary of the village of Plwmp and may have long term potential for development purposes on the South Western aspect. (The Vendor may consider placing an overage clause in the contract regarding this area).
