It is difficult to believe that Pynes Farm is only 3½ miles from the centre of Exeter, as it lies in a completely rural setting surrounded by farm and woodland and enjoys views eastwards into East Devon. The farmhouse is thought to have been rebuilt in the late 19th century in a traditional style using brick and local stone. It offers good quality accommodation with tall ceiling heights, mainly double-glazed windows and a semi-independent bedroom suite on the ground floor in addition to the 4 first floor bedrooms. It stands in garden lying to the rear where there is
a summer house and good views out.
The original stone and brick farm buildings lie in front of the house and were converted about 25 years ago under permission for holiday use but have for more than 10 years been let under Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements
