Welcome to Jackson-Stops Exeter Estate Agents

The Devon Country House Division was established in Exeter in 1985 and is one of Devon's premier country house and coastal property estate agents.

Our portfolio of Devon Property includes country houses, coastal property, rural farmhouses, cottages and holiday cottage complexes and exclusive town-houses.

Our directors Richard Addington, Charles Lawson and Michael Clark, are all specialists in the sale of country houses and coastal retreats.

The Exeter Estate Agency office covers Devon, including East Devon, Mid Devon, West Devon, North Devon, the South Hams, Dartmoor, Torbay, Plymouth and Exeter.

The Devon office based in Exeter is one of 8 Jackson-Stops Estate Agents covering the West Country. All of our Devon property is linked together within the same property database. The key to our success has been personal Director level service, high quality marketing and presentation, combined with both local knowledge and national connections.

All of our Devon properties are also promoted on market leading property search websites, including OnTheMarket.com.

Exeter Land & New Homes Division

Marking an expansion to the office in 2010, we opened a specialist Development Land & New Homes division, recruiting a specialist Development Land & New Homes team from another well-known national agency in Exeter.

The Development Land & New Homes team covers Devon and Cornwall, providing consultancy and agency advice on Residential and Mixed Use Development Land; together with advising and marketing a variety of new homes and developments, including city centre apartments and town-houses, family housing in country and coastal locations, stunning waterside and coastal second home developments and development land in Devon, Cornwall and the South West.
