"We love the location here - being sandwiched between Greenbank and Eastville Park, every walk from the house seems to go through open parks. We also really like the road which is peaceful and very friendly. It's been a lovely surprise how sunny the garden is; it seems to get sunshine at most times of day.

We're a small team who specialise in refurbishing derelict listed buildings, using traditional craftmanship, and so we've applied our knowledge and expertise to make the finished house something special! We wanted the house to have a contemporary feel whilst ensuring we were sympathetic to the period details. Above all, we wanted to make the house energy efficient, and so have insulated all of the external walls and installed a heat pump to remove the need to burn any fossil fuels (if you opt for a renewable energy electricity tariff)."
