Mivart Street is tucked away in the heart of Easton, a lovely neighbourhood known for its strong community feel. The area is packed with independent shops, pubs, and cafés—including No. 12, The Greenbank, Garden of Easton and Sweetmart. There are lots of green spaces nearby such Eastville Park. There is also easy access to the cycle path.

You enter the property through the front door into a hallway, with stairs to the first floor directly ahead. The first door on the left takes you into the living room at the front of the house. The kitchen is straight ahead, and the second door on the left leads to a second reception room at the rear, which opens out to the garden.

Upstairs, there is a bathroom at the top of the stairs then two good sized bedrooms.
