"We feel so grateful to have called Washington Avenue home for the past 5 years. We love our neighbours, many of which are now friends for life. The house itself is cosy and characterful - we’ve enjoyed adding our own touch since moving in, bringing colour into every room and fully renovating the kitchen and bathroom. In the summer, our garden is a total sun trap, perfect for a mid-morning coffee on the warm terrace from early spring to autumn."
